Every little bit counts!


  • Prioritize Sleep (Seriously, Do It) - Are you guilty of staying up *way* too late to catch up on your favorite TV show or browse social media? As tempting as it might be, scrimping on sleep can leave you feeling irritable, foggy-brained, and downright exhausted.   2. Meal planning to ensure that we're eating a balanced diet while saving money and reducing food waste.


These simple adjustments have led to fewer takeout meals being ordered and a surprising amount of saved dollars. Who knew our wallets could benefit from a healthier lifestyle too?
